We generally don’t think much about taxes except during the annual tax season. It’s probably the most dreaded time of the year for millions of Americans, yet we circle it on our calendars, along with holidays and birthdays. Yup you guessed it, tax season! This year taxes will start January 29^th and will run to April 17^th 2018. It is very important that as taxpayers you are aware that there has been a couple changes in the tax industry. We have our very own resident tax preparer Briana Lopez. She has been preparing taxes in the Carson City office for several years now, she has a passion for numbers. Not only does she stay very busy during tax season but she is also licensed for property and casualty. UPDATE** They do contact you when you give them a bad Google review. They left me a message stating other companies they work with are more expensive than what I am currently paying. Why did I find a rate on my own that is almost half of what they charge, with the same exact coverage?**They do not return e-mails. Very poor service. Cancelling my policy as soon as possible. Many others to choose from.

The service that the staff here at Capital Auto Insurance offers is beyond amazing! The agents are all trained to answer any question I may have in regards to my insurance policy coverages. My entire family is insured through them because they have been able to shop around for us with different companies that they have, so they have been saving us all money in our insurance! My parents have insurance at this agency for over 5 years now, the service that they offer here exceeds my expectations. I became able to drive a couple of years back and The Agents at Capital Auto Insurance applied all the discounts possible to my parents policy so that the price didn't go out the roof! They took the time to help us complete some steps to become paperless on our document delivery options which gave us extra discounts! Stephanie the manager, is always nice and she's always making sure that the agents are helping the customers with their needs, Paola is the agent that usually helps me, she's awesome! and when we just go to make a payment Yesenia the receptionist is always welcoming clients with a big smile.
