Exciting things are happening at Capital Insurance Service! We want to share some important news with you. Loyalty from customers like you has fueled continued growth, making a move to a new facility necessary. The new address for the Reno Capital Insurance Service location will be 9190 Double Diamond Parkway Suite 136 Reno, Nevada 89521. The phone number will remain the same – 775-853-3388.
This move will officially take place on Tuesday September 1st 2020. The last day to visit the prior location will be Friday August 28th 2020.
This is just one of many exciting developments. We are very excited for this new move! We also want to announce that this new office location will be directly in front of what will be the new massive DMV in Reno Nevada.
The site for the new facility is located near the corners of Sandhill Road and Double Diamond Parkway, off the South Meadows exit. The new building, once opened, will replace the two existing DMV offices currently in Reno; the main office on Galletti Way and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) location on Greg Street.
The new DMV location has over 54,000 square feet of space, which will include an entirely new Emissions Lab and a full service CDL facility. The state-of-the-art facility will also feature something particularly exciting, as it is the first of its kind in the nation to have a Drive-Up Express DMV Kiosk.
According to their website, the land for this new facility was actually purchased back in 2003, but due to the recession the plan had to be put on hold. One of the most exciting part of the new DMV will be the 450-500 parking spaces! This one-stop service facility will aid in reducing wait times making visits to the Reno DMV as painless as possible. The new Veteran’s Parkway provides easier access to the facility as well.
